在柱对称条件下,利用耦合的布洛赫-麦克斯韦方程,研究了激光脉冲在原子蒸气介质中的共振传播。考察了脉中在时空中的演化。数值计算结果表明激光脉冲在传播中,由于自感应透明与光波的衍射效应,表现出复杂的相干现象。  相似文献

In this paper, we found that boron deposited on the surface of support when sodium borohydride used as reducing agent during the preparation of Pt/C catalyst. The deposition of boron markedly reduces particle size of Pt, raises electrochemical active surface (EAS) area of catalyst and electrochemical activity for hydrogen evolution or oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) compared with which prepared using other reducing agents (hydrogen and formaldehyde).  相似文献

The influence of 70 keV He+ ion implantation and subsequent annealing of Cz-indium phosphide (InP) samples has been investigated using a slow positron beam-based Doppler broadening spectrometer. Three samples with ion fluences of 1 × 1016, 5 × 1016 and 1 × 1017 cm−2 were studied in the as-implanted condition as well as after annealing at 640 °C for times between 5 and 40 min. It was found that the line-shape parameter of the positron-electron annihilation peak in the implanted layer increases after 5 min annealing, then after longer annealing times it starts to decline gradually until it reaches a value close to the value of the as-grown sample. This implies that vacancy-like defects can be created in InP by He implantation followed by short-thermal annealing at T > 600 °C. Comparison of the results with a study where cavities were observed in He-implanted InP has been carried out.  相似文献

What features characterize complex system dynamics? Power laws and scale invariance of fluctuations are often taken as the hallmarks of complexity, drawing on analogies with equilibrium critical phenomena. Here we argue that slow, directed dynamics, during which the system's properties change significantly, is fundamental. The underlying dynamics is related to a slow, decelerating but spasmodic release of an intrinsic strain or tension. Time series of a number of appropriate observables can be analyzed to confirm this effect. The strain arises from local frustration. As the strain is released through “quakes,” some system variable undergoes record statistics with accompanying log‐Poisson statistics for the quake event times. We demonstrate these phenomena via two very different systems: a model of magnetic relaxation in type II superconductors and the Tangled Nature model of evolutionary ecology and show how quantitative indications of aging can be found. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The rotational spectra of three low-energy conformers of thiodiglycol (TDG) (HOCH2CH2SCH2CH2OH) have been measured in a molecular beam using a pulsed-nozzle Fourier-transform microwave spectrometer. To determine the likely conformational structures with ab initio approach, conformational structures of 2-(ethylthio)ethanol (HOEES) (CH3CH2SCH2CH2OH) were used as starting points together with the consideration of possible intramolecular hydrogen bonding in TDG. Three lower-energy conformers have been found for TDG at the MP2=Full/6311G** level and ab initio results agree nicely with experimentally determined rotational constants. In addition, Stark measurements were performed for two of the three conformers for dipole moment determinations, adding to our confidence of the conformational structure matches between experimental observations and ab initio calculations. Of the three lower-energy conformers, one displays a compact folded-like structure with strong hydrogen bonding between the two hydroxyl groups and the central sulfide atom. Two other conformers have relatively open chain-like structures with hydrogen bonding between each of the hydroxyl groups to the central sulfur atom, of which one has pure b-type dipole moment according to the ab initio results.  相似文献

On the basis of the hydrodynamic equations for nonlinear elastic-gravity waves beneath a solid ice cover and their Hamiltonian representation, a three-wave kinetic equation for the time evolution of the wave spectrum is formulated. The properties of the kernel of the kinetic integral describing the nonlinear interactions between wave triplets are investigated. An algorithm for numerically calculating the kinetic integral is developed. The rate of nonlinear energy transfer over the wave spectrum is estimated quantitatively and its most important characteristics are found.  相似文献
